Vera Wang Fragrances complete me

The fashion industry can be a fickle business. As soon as you're in, you're back out. That is what makes Vera Wangs 25 year long career even more impressive.

The first 16 of these years was spent as senior fashion editor at Vogue magazine. Her own Vera Wang Fragrances and other products must have been a dream in those early years but the experience would have been invaluable.

Before starting her own very popular product range, Vera Wang got her wings as design director for Ralph Lauren. With the knowledge gained from such an illustrious resume, it was only natural that she would go it alone.

The very establishments that she previously work for now garner praise for this elite fashion designer. Everything from cheerleader costumes to 'Sex and the City' outfits, she has quickly built up an impressive label and catalogue of classic products with a modern look and feel.

Now of course, its as with the other top designers around today and the release of her perfume collection that is turning heads. The Vera Wang fragrances range, includes Princess, LOOK, Bouquet, Signature, Sheer Veil and Rock Princess.

TV and movie stars launch ladies perfume

Apparently its the time of year to seek out a new scent, at least the stars of TV and film think so. Sarah Jessica Parker of 'Sex and the City' fame, is going head to head with hollywood starlet and ex bond girl Halle Berry.

Both are launching new ladies perfumes to tempt the chic girl away from the fragrances other mega stars like Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez aleady have on offer.

With her first ever perfume, Halle Berry knew exactly what fragrance she wanted and she worked hard to find it. The blend of scents start at the top with Sicilian bergamot, pear blossom and fig leaves.

Notes from hibiscus flowers, freesia petals, and mimosa are also included, helping the fragrance attain its intended response of evoking reflective memories of the outdoors and especially the beach.

Halle even spend time mixing other brands coupled with such items as African roots like olibanum and sandlewood before using more proffessional resources to develope her unique sensual fragrance.

Having already making a big impact with her 'Covet' and 'Covet Pure Bloom' fragrances in the past, Sarah Jessica Parker has returned with not one but three new scents to add to her 'Lovely Collection'.

Entitled Dawn , Endless and Twilight, these new ladies purfumes offer various 'lovely' moments, that according to Sarah are more personnal but also more accessible than her previous fragrance releases.
